Meet Joanna

After nearly two decades working hands-on in massage, bodywork, skincare, and spa wellness, Joanna spent the last three years discovering exceptional grassroots, cruelty-free makers whose products combine thoughtful ingredients, beautiful design, and real function. Many of these artisans feature botanical and organically derived ingredients, chosen with care for both quality and experience.

Inspired by Ancient Greece

The idea for Cloud & Cedar was inspired in part by the healing sanctuaries of Ancient Greece — places where rest, bathing, ritual, nature, and care were woven into the experience of seeking well-being.

Cloud & Cedar brings a modern philosophy of that philosophy into the home: creating space for beauty, sensory experience, rest, and everyday ritual.

Ritual Philosophy

Each Ritual and Ritual Element is thoughtfully curated to transform ordinary moments through scent, texture, warmth, movement, stillness, and intention. Every ritual includes a guided ritual card, offering a simple way to slow down and experience each element with care.

With Joanna’s background in hands-on spa and wellness care, each offering is selected not only for quality, but for the experience it creates—the texture of an oil, the warmth of tea, the scent of botanicals, the pleasure of movement, or the simple act of giving yourself a little time.
